Commissioning Engineer

Commissioning Engineer

As a Commissioning Engineer, you will be responsible for the end-to-end commissioning of power generation and industrial systems. Your work will ensure that all components and systems are designed, installed, tested, and operated according to the highest standards of safety and efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Developing and executing commissioning plans for complex electrical systems.
  • Performing functional tests, system integration, and grid compliance verification.
  • Coordinating with clients, project managers, and technical teams to ensure project milestones are met.
  • Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues during the commissioning phase.
  • Preparing detailed commissioning reports and as-built documentation.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
  • Proven experience in commissioning of power plants, substations, or industrial automation systems.
  • In-depth knowledge of protection relays, AVR, SCADA/DCS systems, and grid codes.
  • Willingness to travel to project sites worldwide.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.

Automation Engineer

Automation Engineer

As an Automation Engineer, you will design and implement advanced control and automation solutions for our clients. You will work on everything from system design and logic development to on-site implementation and tuning, helping to modernize industrial processes.

Responsibilities

  • Designing and programming PLC, DCS, and SCADA systems.
  • Developing control logic for genset sequencing, switchgear automation, and process control.
  • Configuring and testing communication protocols (IEC 61850, Modbus, Profibus).
  • Creating and reviewing Functional Description Specifications and control narratives.
  • Providing technical support and training to clients.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, or a related field.
  • Strong experience with PLC/DCS programming (e.g., Siemens, Rockwell, ABB).
  • Knowledge of industrial communication protocols and network architectures.
  • Experience with HMI/SCADA development.
  • Analytical mindset and a passion for creating innovative automation solutions.

Intern

Our internship program offers a unique opportunity for aspiring engineers to gain hands-on experience in the dynamic field of electrical engineering and commissioning. You will work alongside our senior engineers on real-world projects and contribute to meaningful solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Assisting senior engineers with design review, documentation, and test preparation.
  • Participating in on-site testing and data collection under supervision.
  • Learning to use industry-standard software and testing equipment.
  • Contributing to the preparation of technical reports and project documentation.
  • Collaborating with the team to solve technical challenges.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Electrical Engineering or a related technical field.
  • Strong academic record and a genuine passion for the power and energy sector.
  • Eagerness to learn and a proactive, can-do attitude.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Basic understanding of electrical circuits and control systems is a plus.
